It’s that time of year—time to begin preparing for our annual spelling bee! You may begin preparing for the individual class spelling bees which will be held on January 26, 2010. Please log on to www.myspellit.com to find a list of words to study for our 4th and 5th grade school spelling bee. We will hold individual class runoffs on January 20th. The two winners from each class will compete against the other 4th and 5th grade individual class winners. This school wide spelling bee will be held on January 29, 2010. The final competition is the Miami Herald Spelling Bee on March 3, 2010, at the Broward Center for Performing Arts. We would love for all students to prepare and participate in this exciting event.
